Soft box
The translucent light produced by these Soft boxes has been the photographer’s friend for years. The new fabrics are much more resistant to the effects of heat, age and pollution. The color temperature of this new soft box is near neutral, and will stay that way.
I am looking for a way to do full body shots. Will this do or do I need more Watts.
Do you mean 300 all together or each strobe??

I think you will need more power for full length shots. This might – might – be adequate for portraits.
300 watt-second strobes (300ws per strobe, 600ws for two)is about the minimum for full length, but having your main light be more powerful than that is better (but you can grow into it, too).
The softboxes have to get bigger, too. While they diffuse light, they also add some directionality, too. Look for one to be something like 36×48, or an octabox type softbox of 48 inches or so.
